Getting a good work starts with preparation. Know what you want to accomplish and a general timeframe. Don’t let the outside world or inner stresses infringe on time you’ve put aside just for you.
5. Make A Plan
Before you ever walk into a gym, have a clear plan for what you want to accomplish. If you’re starting a new workout or going to a new gym, give yourself extra time to familiarize yourself.
4. Use Your PlayList For Motivation
Play your favorite mix of songs to get you inspired and moving. Or, watch motivational videos to get pumped up.
3. Put Your Phone On Airplane Mode
This is not the time to multi-task. Put your phone on airplane mode or just turn it off. You don’t want to repeatedly check your phone and mess up your rhythm.
2. Give Yourself A Pep Talk
Before beginning your routine, put aside any mental to-do list. Give yourself a pep talk as to what you want to accomplish.
1.Take A Minute To Breathe
Before you start any activity, take a minute to get into the correct mindset consciously. Focus on your breathing to reduce any stress you may be feeling and concentrate on what you want to accomplish in your workout.
